FOREIGN COMPANIES
The registration in Costa Rica Technolgy Insight 2012 for foreign companies is free,
but accommodation benefits are subject to approval of the Foreign Trade
Corporation of Costa Rica (Procomer, for its acronym in spanish).
Foreign companies’ subscription includes:
- Welcoming dinner on June 18.
- Hotel accommodation for up to three nights (June 18, 19 and 20).
- Breakfast for two days (June 19 and 20).
- Lunch for two days (June 19 and 20).
- Coffee Breaks during the event.
- Access to conferences with international keynote speakers.
- Access to the business meeting area through the pre-establishment of one on one tailored agendas with Costa Rican counterparts.
- Networking activities with counterparts from around the world.
- Tech support by phone with Sandra Angulo, from CAMTIC at (506) 2283-2205 and by e-mail at info@costaricaisit.net
The request and acceptance of appointments is responsibility of each registered company.
Each
registered company must assign a contact person to manage all business
meetings tasks, such as request, decline and postpone appointments. This
person must complete the company profile and other contact information,
as well as monitor and keep track of the event details.
COSTA RICAN COMPANIES
The cost of subscription for Costa Rican companies is US$300 for CAMTIC members and US$350 for other IT companies.
