ITS InfoCom invested US$2.2 million in its new offices in Colombia. The company plans to invest US$3 million more during 2011. The new offices will offer services in computing, telecommunications and multimedia for the south american market.

Bogota, Colombia | Costa Rica's President, Laura Chinchilla, was part of the act of inauguration of the new offices of ITS InfoCom in Bogota, Colombia. This Latin American multinational specializes in Infocommunication services (telecommunications + computing + multimedia).
ITS InfoCom plans to expand the number of customers with its comprehensive offer, such as Managed Services, Network Management, Data Center, Training and Learning Center, as well as Business Contact Center.

ITS InfoCom recruited in Colombia about 71 knowledge workers and expects to reach 142 employees in 2011. These staff will be supported by 250 engineers and about 500 certified technical support specialists working from corporate headquarters in Costa Rica.
To provide the service, ITS InfoCom has world-class strategic partners such as Cisco, Nokia Siemens Networks, Ciena, HP, Microsoft.

In the initial stage, ITS InfoCom has invested US$2.2 million and, at the end of 2011, the company expects to reach a total investment of over US$5 million.
The corporation is providing services to clients as Tigo, Telefonica, ETB, SENA, SIC, Terpel, Grupo Bancolombia and Concel, among others.
"This opening reinforces our expansion process in booming markets and consolidates ITS InfoCom as a solid company in the market of the Americas, where we provide our customers with world-class services", said Vladimir Vargas, CEO of ITS InfoCom.
ITS InfoCom plans to grow in the second half of 2010 by 50% compared with the results for the same period of 2009.
This trend reflects the purchasing habits of its main customers. It also expects to expand ITS InfoCom presence in other South American markets and in the United States. Additionally, the latin american company analyzes to enter the European market.
